View Full ScheduleThe Sinclair Water Treatment Facility operates under multiple permits and agreements issued by state and federal authorities. These permits govern how much water is withdrawn from Lake Sinclair, how it must be treated, and what quality standards must be met before it enters the distribution system.

Monthly operational records are submitted to Georgia EPD. The facility must also comply with the Georgia Safe Drinking Water Act of 1977 and the Rules for Safe Drinking Water (Chapter 391-3-5). Our annual Consumer Confidence Report documents monitoring results for each year and is available for public download.
